静脉联合腹腔热灌注化疗治疗老年卵巢癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨静脉联合腹腔热灌注化疗治疗老年卵巢癌的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年2月—2015年4月黄山市人民医院收治的老年卵巢癌患者78例作为研究对象。以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各39例。观察组患者给予静脉联合腹腔热灌注化疗,对照组患者给予常规静脉化疗。观察并比较2组患者的1年生存率和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组、对照组患者的1年生存率分别为82.05%(32/39)、76.92%(30/39),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为30.77%(12/39),显著低于对照组的71.79%(28/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用静脉联合腹腔热灌注化疗治疗老年卵巢癌,在保证治疗效果的前提下可有效减少不良反应的发生,增强患者的耐受性。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of efficacy of vein chemotherapy combined with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy in treatment of elderly patients with ovarian cancer. METHODS： 78 patients with ovarian cancer admitted into Huangshan People＇s Hospital from Feb. 2014 to Apr. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 39 cases in each. The observation group were treated with vein chemotherapy combined with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy,while the control group were given conventional vein chemotherapy. The one-year survival rate and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed and compared. RSULTS： The one-year survival rate of two groups were respectively 82. 05%（ 32 /39） and76. 92%（ 30 /39）,with no statistically significant significance（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was 30. 77%（ 12 /39）,significantly lower than that of control group 71. 79%（ 28 /39）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： Vein chemotherapy combined with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy in treatment of elderly patients with ovarian cancer can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and enhance the tolerance of patients under the premise of treatment efficacy.
