阿托伐他汀与阿仑膦酸钠联合治疗老年性骨质疏松症的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿托伐他汀联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2015年2月—2016年2月汉川市中医院收治的老年性骨质疏松症患者124例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各62例。对照组患者采用阿仑膦酸钠治疗,观察组采用阿托伐他汀与阿仑膦酸钠联合治疗。观察并比较2组患者的临床疗效和安全性。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后视觉模拟评分、骨密度改善情况均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用阿托伐他汀与阿仑膦酸钠联合治疗老年性骨质疏松症,疗效显著,能有效缓解患者临床症状,不良反应发生率低,安全性高。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy and safety of atorvastatin combined with sodium hyaluronate in treatment of senile osteoporosis. METHODS： 124 patients with senile osteoporosis admitted into Hanchuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Feb. 2015 to Feb. 2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 62 cases in each. The control group were treated with alendronate sodium,while the control group received atorvastatin combined with alendronate sodium. The clinical efficacy and safety of two groups were observed and compared. RESULTS： the clinical effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The VAS score,improvement of bone mineral density in observation group were better than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of atorvastatin combined with alendronate sodium in treatment of senile osteoporosis is remarkable,which can effectively relief the clinical symptoms of patients with low incidence of adverse drug reactions and high safety.
