2013—2015年江西省泰和县人民医院抗肿瘤辅助用药应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨江西省泰和县人民医院(以下简称"我院")抗肿瘤辅助用药的使用情况,为提高用药合理性和药事管理水平提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对2013—2015年我院抗肿瘤辅助用药的品种、销售金额、用药频度、限定日费用等进行统计分析。结果:2013—2015年我院各类抗肿瘤辅助用药的销售金额均逐年增加,生物免疫调节剂的销售金额排序均居第1位。3年来,销售金额排序居前3位的药品为重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子注射液、异甘草酸镁注射液和盐酸帕洛诺司琼注射液;2013年用药频度排序居前2位的药品为注射用胸腺肽、注射用香菇多糖,2014和2015年用药频度排序居前2位的药品均为异甘草酸镁注射液、注射用香菇多糖;重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子注射液的限定日费用最高。结论:我院抗肿瘤辅助用药的使用总体上比较合理,但还应加强监督管理,规范辅助用药行为,规避用药风险。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status of anti-tumor adjuvant drugs in Jiangxi Taihe County People＇s Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital ＂）,so as to provide reference for improving the level of rational application of drugs and pharmacy administration. METHODS： By retrospective method,the application of anti-tumor adjuvant drugs in our hospital during 2013-2015 was statistically analyzed in respect of drug categories,consumption sum,defined daily dose system（ DDDs） and defined daily cost（ DDC）. RESULTS： The consumption sum of anti-tumor adjuvant drugs increased year by year during 2013-2015,the consumption sum of biological immune regulator took the lead. During three years,the top three drugs ranked by consumption sum were respectively recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor injection, magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection and palonosetron hydrochloride injection. The top two drugs ranked by DDDS in 2013 were respectively thymopeptide for injection and lentinan,while magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection and lentinan for injection ranked the top two in DDDs list from 2014 to 2015. In terms of DDC,rh G-CSF was the highest from 2013 to 2015. CONCLUSIONS： The application of anti-tumor adjuvant drugs in our hospital is rational on the whole,meanwhile,the hospital should strengthen supervision and standardize medication behavior so as to avoid the risk of drug application.
