摘　　要：目的：系统评价曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：计算机检索2015年4月前中国医院知识总库、万方医学网中国生物医学期刊论文数据库所收录的相关文献,根据纳入与排除标准,纳入含曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的随机对照研究,干预措施为观察组在使用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻断剂、醛固酮受体拮抗剂、利尿剂、洋地黄等常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪,对照组仅采用常规治疗。对所纳入的文献进行荟萃（Meta）分析。结果：共纳入43篇文献、3 593例患者。对所纳入文献的发表偏倚进行倒漏斗图分析,结果提示,无明显发表偏倚。Meta分析结果显示,加用曲美他嗪观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（OR=1.10,95%CI=1.05-1.15,P=0.000。结论：在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭,可明显提高疗效。OBJECTIVE： To systematically evaluate the efficacy of trimetazidine in treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure. METHODS： Chinese hospital knowledge database（ CHKD） and Chinese medical journal of Chinese medical science and technology were retrieved by computers,according to the research criteria,the randomized controlled trials（ RCTs） of trimetazidine in treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure were included,the intervention measures were based on the conventional treatment as angiotensin converse enzyme inhibitor,β receptor blocker,aldosterone receptor antagonist,furosemide and digitalis,trimetazidine was added to the treatment group,while the control group only received conventional treatment. Meta-analysis was conducted on the included literature. RESULTS： Totally 43 literature were included with 3 593 patients involved. Inverted funnel chart analysis was conducted on the included literature,the results indicated that no significant publication bias was found. According to Meta-analysis,the treatment effects of treatment group with trimetazidine were better than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ OR = 1. 10,95% CI = 1. 05-1. 15,P = 0. 000）. CONCLUSIONS： Based on the conventional treatment,trimetazidine in treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure can improve the treatment efficacy.
