摘　　要：本文通过建立"三旧"改造潜力评价系统,将评价流程与结果展示高度集成,从潜力评价原理、系统总体架构、数据结构、系统功能等方面对广东省"三旧"改造潜力评价系统进行详细设计。以顺德区"三旧"改造地块为研究对象,通过系统评价形成图、表等研究成果,成果基本反映了该区"三旧"地块改造的相对价值。系统及应用结果为政府及"三旧"改造管理部门提供决策工具和信息参考。Through the establishment of ＂Three Old＂（old town, old factories, old villages） transformation potential evaluation system, highly integrated the evaluation process and result presentation, ＂Three Old＂ transformation potential evaluation system of Guangdong province is designed in detail in this paper from the basic principle of potential evaluation, system architecture, data structure design and system function. As ＂Three Old＂ transformation land of ShunDe for research object, the graphs, tables and other research results come from the system, these results basically reflected the relative value of ＂Three Old＂ transformation land. The system and application results provide decision-making tools and reference information for the government and ＂Three Old＂ transformation management departments.
