高频彩色多普勒超声在精索静脉曲张性不孕不育症患者预后评估中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨高频多普勒超声对精索静脉曲张性不孕不育症患者预后的评估意义。方法测量精索静脉曲张治疗后精子质量改善组与无效组的精索静脉最大内径、最大返流速度，并进行统计学分析。结果改善组与无效组最大返流速度（Vmax）×最大内径（Dm）以及最大返流速度（Vmax）有明显差异（P〈0．05），具有统计学意义，而最大内径无明显差异（P〉0．05），无统计学意义。结论精索静脉最大内径对精索静脉曲张分型具有重要意义，精索静脉最大返流速度以及最大返流速度（Vmax）×最大内径（Dm）对不孕不育症患者预后评估具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the significance of High frequency Doppler Ultrasound in evaluating the prognosis of patients with infertility. Methods The maximum diameter and the maximum return flow velocity of the Cord vein were measured between the improvement group and the invalid group,and Statistical analysis. Results They are different in the maximum return flow velocity of the Cord vein between the improvement group and the invalid group. The product of the maximum return flow velocity and the maximum inner diameter are different, between the improvement group and the invalid group. But no difference in the maximum diameter between the improvement group and the invalid group. Conclusion The maximum diameter of the internal diameter of the cord vein, that is of great significance in the classification of the Varicose veins. The product of the maximum return flow velocity and the maximum inner diameter and the maximum return flow velocity of the Cord vein are of great significance in the prognosis of the Varicose
