江苏太仓地区体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染的血清抗体检测分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析江苏太仓地区体检人群幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染的血清学资料，了解幽门螺杆菌感染在该市人群中的流行情况。方法使用免疫印迹法对2014年5月～9月来我院体检人群进行幽门螺杆菌感染的血清学抗体检测分析。结果太仓市体检人群幽门螺杆菌总感染率为48．9％，其中男性感染率47．6％，女性感染率51．7％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；男、女HpⅠ型感染率分别为13．8％、23．6％，Ⅱ型感染率分别为33．8％、28．1％，女性Ⅰ型感染率明显高于男性。男、女各年龄组间Hp感染率比较均有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。其中，男性20～29岁组与40～49岁组间存在差异（P〈0．05），30～39岁组与60～69岁组间比较亦有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；女性20～59岁各年龄段Hp感染率存在逐渐增加趋势。结论江苏太仓地区体检人群Hp感染率低于全国平均水平，女性高于男性，男、女各型Hp感染所占比例不同，且感染率均与年龄段相关。Objective Tounderstand the epidemiological characteristics of Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection in healthy examination- Populationof Taicang cityJiangsu province. ,the data of serum antibody of Helicobacter Pylori infectionwere analyzed. Methods Bloodsamples were obtained from the people who come to our hospital for health examination between May and September in 2014, Those samples were used for the serological analysis by Western blotting. Results The infection rate of Hp in Taicang city residents was 48.9%,the male rate was 47.6%,the female was 51. 7% （P〈0.05）. The infection rate of type Ⅰ Hp betweenmale and female was 13.8 % and 23.6% respectively, female was higher than that of male. The infection rate of type Ⅱ Hp was33.8% and 28.1% respectively. The infection rate of Hp was significantly different in each age groups（P〈0.05）. In male group,There was significant difference be tween the groups of 20-29 age group and 40-49 age group （P〈0.05）. 30-39 age group and 40-49 age group also different （P〈 0. 01）. The infection rateof female was gradually increased with age except for those more than 60 years old. Conclusion The infection rate of Hp in Taicang city residentswas lower than that of national average, female infection was higer than that ofmale. The infection is related with theage. Moreover, the proportion of each Hp type is different between male and female.
