摘 要:目的探究2型糖尿病患者的血清尿酸水平与血脂、血糖的关系,为临床提供指导意义。方法选取自2009年2月到2010年4月来我院就诊的2型糖尿病患者128例作为研究对象,同时选取在同一时间就诊的非糖尿病患者114例作为对照组,在住院期间测定两组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、血清尿酸(uA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)等指标,分析两组患者血清尿酸水平与血脂、血糖的关系。结果在空腹血糖、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白等指标方面,研究组患者高于对照组患者(t=9.988,4.454,23.43、P=0.000〈0.01),在尿酸水平方面,研究组患者低于对照组患者(t=7.544,P=0.000〈0.01),在总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白等指标方面,两组患者无差异(P〉0.05),对照组患者高尿酸血症率为24.56%(28/114),研究组患者高尿酸血症率为5.47%(7/128),两组存在差异(χ^2=16.767,P=0.000〈0.01),2型糖尿病组中血清尿酸与空腹血糖存在负相关(r=-0.349,P〈0.05),空腹血糖与甘油三酯存在正相关(r=0.289,P〈0.05),非糖尿病组患者中血清尿酸与空腹血糖无相关性(P〉0.05),血清尿酸与总胆固醇、甘油三酯存在正相关(r=0.523,0.547、P〈0.01)。结论2型糖尿病患者尿酸水平较非糖尿病患者下降,可能与高血糖的高渗性利尿作用有关,高尿酸血症本身可能不是长期糖尿病患者动脉硬化的独立危险因素。Objective To explore the relationship between serum uric acid and blood lipid, blood sugar in type 2 diabetics and pro vide guidance for clinical. Methods 128 cases of type 2 diabetes patients were selected as the objects in our hospital from February 2009 to April 2010, and 114 cases were selected in the same time hospitalized non diabetic patients as control group, two groups of patients in the determination of fasting blood glucose during hospitalization (FBG), serum uric acid (uA), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDLC) and other indicators, the relationship of the two groups of patients with serum uric acid and blood lipid, blood glucose. Results Fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein and other indicators, patients in study group was higher than that of the control group patients (t = 9. 988,4. 454,23.43, P = 0. 000〈 0.01), the uric acid level, study group were lower than that of the control group patients (t=7. 544, P=0. 000〈0.01), the total cho lesterol, high density lipoprotein and other indicators, no differences between the two groups of patients (P〉0.05), the control group of patients with hyperuricemia rate was 24.56% (28/114), the study group patients with hyperuricemia rate was 5.47% (7/128), the difference between these two groups (χ^2 = 16. 767, P=0. 000〈0.01), negatively related to type 2 diabetes group, serum uric acid and fasting blood glucose (r=-0. 349, P〈0.05), there is a positive correlation of fasting blood glucose and triglyceride (r=0. 289, P〈0. 05), no correlation between serum uric acid and fasting blood glucose in patients with non diabetes mellitus group (P〉0.05), there is a positive correlation of serum uric acid and total cholesterol, triacylglycerol (r=0. 523, 0. 547, P〈0.01).
