系统性急救护理在车祸致重型颅脑损伤患者抢救中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨系统性急救护理在车祸致重型颅脑损伤患者抢救中的效果。方法选取2013年5月至2014年4月我院收治的车祸致重型颅脑损伤的患者52例作为对照组，选取2014年5月至2015年4月我院收治的车祸致重型颅脑损伤的患者65例作为观察组，观察组实施系统性急救护理，对照组实施传统急救护理。比较两组的急救时间、救治效果、并发症发生率及医生和患者家属对护理的满意度。结果观察组的急救时间显著短于对照组，总有效率明显高于对照组，死亡率明显低于对照组，两组上述指标的差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组患者并发症发生率为10．17％，对照组为22．41％，两组的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组的医生和患者家属的满意度均明显高于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论系统性急救护理在车祸致重型颅脑损伤患者抢救中利于赢得抢救时间、提升抢救效果、降低并发症发生率以及提高医生和患者家属的满意度，具有临床推广意义。Objective to investigate the systemic emergency care to patients with severe head injury in a car accident rescue the effect. Methods in May 2013 to April 2014 of our hospital accident to 52 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients as control group, selecting in May 2014 to April 2015 our hospital in the car accident caused by 65 cases of severe craniocerehral injury patients as observation group and observation group implement systemic emergency care, control the implementation of traditional emergency care. Comparison of two groups of emergency time, treatment effect, complication rates, and the doctor and the patient＇s family to nursing satisfaction. Results observation group emergency time significantly shorter than the control group, the total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group, mortality is significantly lower than the control group, the index of the similar between the two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.05） ; Observation group of patients the incidence of complications was 10.17%, the control group was 22.41%, statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05） ; The doctor and the patient＇s family satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion systemic emergency care to patients with severe head injury in a car accident rescue to win to save time, improve rescue effect, to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients＇ families have clinical significance.
