昆明山海棠联合氢氯噻嗪对Graves眼病巩固性治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析昆明山海棠联合氢氯噻嗪对Graves眼病巩固性治疗效果。方法选取确诊为轻、中度Graves眼病的患者122例,均为甲状腺功能已恢复正常,服用维持剂量的甲巯咪唑,随机分为A组40例,B组41例,C组41例。A组给予基础治疗;B组给予基础治疗+昆明山海棠;C组给予基础治疗+昆明山海棠+氢氯噻嗪。治疗3个月后进行疗效分析。结果 A组、B组、C组眼部症状有效率分别为40%(16/40)、70.7%(29/41)和85.3%(35/41)。B组、C组与A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论昆明山海棠联合氢氯噻嗪对Graves眼病治疗可改善眼部症状,提高临床疗效,可作为巩固性治疗Graves眼病的一种方法。Objective To study the effect of tripterygium hypoglaucum hutch combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of Graves＇ ophthalmopathy. Methods 122 patients with Graves＇ ophthalmopathy,whose thyroid function had returned to normal and who were taking a maintenance dose of methimazole,were randomly and equally divided into 3 groups. Group A was given routine treatment,group B was given routine treatment plus tripterygium hypoglaucum hutch,and group C was given routine treatment plus tripterygium hypoglaucum hutch and hydrochlorothiazide. The therapeutic effect was analyzed after 3 months. Results The effective rate was 40%（ 16 /40） in group A,70. 7%（ 29 /41） in group B,and 85. 3%（ 35 /41） in group C. Group B and C were significantly different from group A（ P〈0. 05）,while group B was significantly different from group C（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The combination treatment of tripterygium hypoglaucum hutch and hydrochlorothiazide can improve symptoms of Graves＇ ophthalmopathy. So this approach can be used for treating Graves＇ ophthalmopathy.
