摘　　要：针对大数据时代学科服务面临的挑战,在调查高校图书馆学科服务现状的基础上,探寻读者需求与学科馆员能力之间的平衡点,探索新时代高校图书馆学科服务的有效途径,建立嵌入式学科服务和与用户协同创新的服务机制,为推动大数据时代高校图书馆学科知识服务建设提供可持续性发展的学科服务模式。Facing the challenge of subject service,this article explores the balance between the needs of readers and the ability of subject librarians. Meanwhile,the effective approaches are put forward to the university library subject service,and the embedded subject service in the new era and the service mechanism of collaborative innovation with users are also established on the basis of investigating the current situation of the subject service in the university library. Then the subject service model for sustainable development to promote subject knowledge service of the university library are provided in the era of big data.
