深化改革背景下的军队中级指挥院校图书馆情报服务创新

摘　　要：针对国防和军队改革的持续深入,联合作战指挥人才培养成为军队中级指挥院校的主要任务,为此中级指挥院校图书馆情报服务需要创新,以更好地适应院校人才培养需要。从创新军队中级指挥院校图书馆情报服务工作的必要性出发,指出情报服务应遵循需求性、特色性、共享性、长远性等基本原则;通过夯实传统性情报服务工作基础、突出学科知识服务、提升深层次情报研究、组织情报资源检索培训等途径明确情报服务基本任务;从创新特色化情报资源保障体系、创新学科情报研究服务、搭建情报服务共享系统、创新情报服务人才队伍等保障方式上实现情报服务创新。Aiming at the deepening reform of national defense and the army,joint operations command personnel training has become the main tasks of intermediate command colleges of the army,the library information services in intermediate command colleges need to innovate,and to better meet the needs of college talents cultivation. This article from the necessity of library information service innovation of intermediate military command colleges,points out that the intelligence services should follow the basic principles of the demand characteristics,sharing and long-term. clarifies the basic tasks of information service,by consolidating the traditional information service foundation,outstanding discipline knowledge service,raising the level information research,and organizing intelligence resource retrieval training etc. From the security manners,realizes information services innovation： innovating information resource security system,innovating subject information research services,builds information service sharing system,and innovating information service personnels.
