塔吊基础布置在地下车库筏板中的施工技术

摘　　要：阜阳海亮江湾城住宅小区项目主楼与车库互成一体,主楼的塔吊基础在前期施工中要既不占用场地又要短时间内满足安装设备的要求,现场不易布置。本工程施工过程中通过先行施工塔吊基础,塔吊基础在车库基础筏板位置预留板筋、塔吊基础四周增设止水钢板等技术措施,使塔吊基础能在最短时间内施工完成,同时不影响车库基础的后续施工,且与车库基础形成整体,解决了塔吊基础积水及后期拆除影响基础筏板结构的后顾之忧,为类似的建筑塔吊基础的布置及施工提供了一些借鉴。Fuyang hailiang jiangwan residential district project interaction between main building and garage into one,in tower crane Foundation in the construction of the main building to neither the space occupied to meet the requirements of installed equipment for a short time,shaft.This engineering construction process in the through first construction crane based,crane based in garage based raft Board location reserved Board reinforced,and crane based around additional check water plate,technology measures,makes crane based can in shortest time within construction completed,while not effect garage based of follow-up construction,and garage based formed overall,solution has crane based water and the late demolition effect based raft Board structure of worries,for similar of building crane based of layout and the construction provides has some reference.
