摘 要:采用环块对磨方式,以烧结致密的SiC(S-SiC)陶瓷为对磨环,研究了液相烧结碳化硅陶瓷(LPS-SiC)在干摩擦和滴油润滑条件下的摩擦磨损行为。结果表明:LPS-SiC陶瓷干摩擦条件下的磨损包含跑合磨损、稳定磨损和剧烈磨损3个阶段,磨损机理主要为磨粒磨损和脆性剥落,磨损量大;在滴油润滑条件下,该摩擦副的摩擦因数大大降低,LPS-SiC陶瓷的磨损仅包含跑合磨损和稳定磨损两个阶段,其磨损机理主要为脆性剥落和疲劳磨损,磨损量小;LPS-SiC陶瓷摩擦块的磨损体积随载荷的增加而增大,随滴油速率的增大而减小。Friction and wear behaviors of liquid-phase sintered SiC ceramics (LPS-SiC) under conditions of dry friction and oil lubrication friction were studied by employing ring-block type friction pair with fully-dense sintered SiC ceramics (S-SiC) as the friction ring. The results show that under the dry friction condition, the friction and wear of LPSSiC contained three stages of running-in wear, stable wear and severe wear, and the wear mechanism was a mixture mode of abrasive wear and brittle deprivation with a large wear volume. On the contrary, under the oil lubrication condition, the friction and wear of LPS-SiC included two stages of running-in wear and stable wear, and the wear mechanism was a mixture mode of brittle deprivation and fatigue wear with a small wear volume. The wear volume of LPS-SiC increased with the increase of applied loading and decreased with the increase of oil dropping rate .
