我国农村非正式体育组织的实践逻辑

摘　　要：运用文献资料、田野调查等研究方法,以一个蒙中行政村的广场舞协会作为微观案例,在对其进行深度历史追叙的基础上剖析了我国农村非正式体育组织的实践逻辑。研究认为:农村非正式体育组织的自组织过程是在关系社会的特质下进行的,村中的政治能人、经济能人和技术能人是农村非正式体育组织形成的基础;中国传统的人情法则、人伦秩序和人缘关系是农村非正式体育组织的运行规范且具有极强的适用性和实用性;资源分配的主观化、正式制度的真空化和组织成员的边缘化是农村非正式体育组织存在的主要问题。有鉴于此,提出完善"人治、情治、制度治"的组织规范、实施"引导、注资、备案制"的扶持策略和遵循"民主、自治、民受益"的组织原则等规约建议,以期能为农村体育的发展提供些许参考。Taking a square dance association in a central village of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as a microcase,this study traced its historical narration and analyzed the practical logic of informal rural sports organization in China by the methods of literature review and field investigation. The results showed that the self-organization process of rural informal sports organization was operated in a relationship society,able people of politics,economy and technique in the village are the basic; the traditional principle of human,the ethical order and relations are the organizational norms of informal rural sports organization and have strong applicability and practicability;the main problems of informal rural sports organization are resource allocation subjectification,empty formal system,and marginalized members. Therefore,this paper put forward some suggestions on improving ＂rule of man,intelligence,system of governance＂organizational norms,establishing the supporting strategy of ＂guide,capital injection,recording system＂,and following the regulation of ＂democracy,autonomy,public benefit＂. It hoped these suggestions can provide some reference for rural sports development.
