摘  要:以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主单体,加入丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,采用预乳化半连续工艺合成了高弹性的苯丙乳液。考察了主单体配比、乳化剂种类、功能单体用量、交联单体用量以及纳米二氧化硅对弹性乳液耐沾污性能的影响。结果表明,耐沾污性能受St和BA配比的影响大,St占比越高,耐沾污性越好;反应型乳化剂和含磷乳化剂对耐沾污性能的提升有一定的帮助;丙烯酸用量提高,耐沾污性能提升;甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯用量提高,耐沾污性能提升;纳米二氧化硅用量提高,耐沾污性能提升。High-elastic emulsion was prepared by using styrene(St) and butyl acrylate(BA) as the main monomers, acrylic acid, glycidyl methacrylate and vinyltrime thoxysilane by pre-emulsification semi-continuous process. The factors affecting the antifouling property including the ratio of St/BA, varying emulsifiers, the dosage of functional monomers, the cross-linking monomers and nano-silica were studied. The results shewed that the antifouling property was greatly influenced by the ratio of St/BA, the higher the St was, the better the antifouling property was. Reactive emulsifier and phosphate ester emulsifier could also improve the antifouling property. To increase the dosage of acrylic acid, glycidyl methacrylate and nano-silica could also improve the anti fouling property.
