免打磨不饱和聚酯白色底漆的制备

摘　　要：采用具有柔性链结构的气干型不饱和聚酯树脂制备不饱和聚酯白色底漆,同时通过科学配比,合理利用不同超细填料,提高产品的致密性,降低表面收缩,赋予涂膜优异的性能。结果表明,本实验制备的不饱和聚酯白色底漆具有较高的致密性,涂膜细腻光滑、平整度好、丰满度高,可以节省打磨工序直接进行面漆施工,不影响层间附着力及面漆涂装效果,大大缩短了涂装生产周期,降低人工成本,提高生产效率。Unsaturated polyester white primer with excellent properties was prepared by using air-drying unsaturated polyester resin with flexible chain structure by using various super fine fillers in reasonable proportion to improve the compactness of the product and reduce the surface shrinkage. The results indicated that unsaturated polyester white primer had high compactness, smooth film, good flatness and high fullness. The grinding process could be elirninated without affecting the adhesion between coating layers and the decorative effects. Meanwhile, it greatly shortened the production cycle, reduced labor costs and improved the production efficiency.
