摘　　要：为促进舰船涂料选取工作的科学化、标准化、程序化和制度化,确保舰艇使用质量可靠、性能优异的涂料产品,借鉴美、俄等国家舰用涂料检测与评定的经验做法,结合舰船涂料选择与保障实际,对舰船涂料的检测评定方法程序进行研究探讨。With the aim of promoting the process of scientification, standardization, proceduralization and institutionalization for the selection of warship coatings and ensuring the high quality coatings with excellent properties can be used in warships, the test and evaluation methods for warship coatings are studied compared with the methods in the USA and Russia. Meanwhile, the selection of warship coatings and the actual situation of guarantee are also taken into consideration.
