摘 要:目的探讨临床大网膜胰岛移植途径的效力。方法2例1型糖尿病(type 1 diabetes mellitus,T1DM)患者,顺利完成胰腺修整、胰岛提取等过程后,借助腹腔镜方式,利用可吸收血浆凝血酶为生物支架,完成大网膜胰岛移植术。结果2例患者术后恢复顺利,血糖水平控制平稳、C-肽水平较移植前显著升高,糖化血红蛋白水平较前下降。结论胰岛移植是目前有希望治疗T1DM的方法之一,我们将胰岛移植到大网膜显示经大网膜生物支架胰岛移植术为T1DM患者提供了可行性技术路径。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the omentum islet transplantation procedure.Methods Two patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM) were transplanted with islet isolated by laparoscopic approach,resorbable plasma-thrombin as the biologic scaffold in this procedure.Results Two recipients recovered smoothly after islet transplantation,the level of blood glucose was stable,the level of C- peptide was significantly higher than pre-transplantation,and the hemoglobin A1 c level was decreased 2 month after islet tr ansplantation.Conclusions Islet transplantation is currently one of the promising methods of treatment of T1 DM,we transplanted islets to the greater omentum,and the result showed that the procedure of omentum biological scaffold islet transplantation for T1 DM patients provided a feasible technique route.
