摘  要:目的 探讨双核素肾动态显像对肾功能的评价。方法 对 96例受检者行99Tcm DTPA与1 31 I 邻碘马尿酸 (OIH)双核素肾动态显像 ,并测定肾小球滤过率 (GFR)与有效肾血浆流量 (ERPF)。结果 正常对照组GFR为 (130 .35± 18.71)mL min ,ERPF为 (6 0 0 .86± 12 3.4 4 )mL min ,GFR ERPF为0 .2 2 5 7± 0 .0 5 5 ;双肾病变组GFR为 (49.71± 32 .79)mL min ,ERPF为 (2 14 .34± 14 5 .2 5 )mL min ,GFR ERPF为 0 .2 4 81± 0 .0 95 ;左肾病变组GFR为 (98.76± 2 1.19)mL min ,ERPF为 (433.4 5± 16 8.10 )mL min ,GFR ERPF为 0 .2 5 77± 0 .10 93;右肾病变组GFR为 (10 7.5 5± 2 3.6 1)mL min ,ERPF为 (418.4 5±12 1.79)mL min ,GFR ERPF为 0 .2 6 6 8± 0 .0 5 0 ;肾移植组GFR为 (46 .4 5± 2 8.0 1)mL min ,ERPF为(15 6 77± 6 7.2 7)mL min ,GFR ERPF为 0 .2 82 3± 0 .115 4。结论 双核素肾动态显像可同时测定GFR与ERPF ,评价肾脏功能客观。Objective Using dual nuclide renal dynamic imaging to evaluate renal function. Methods There were 13 normal subjects and 83 cases involved in this study, all of the study population were studied with dual nuclide renal dynamic imaging. The glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and effective renal plasma flow (ERPF) were analyzed. Results GFR of normal group was (130.35±18.71) mL/min, ERPF (600.86±123.44) mL/min, GFR/ERPF 0.225 7±0.055. GFR of bilateral kidney disease group was (49.71±32.79) mL/min, ERPF (214.34±145.25) mL/min, GFR/ERPF 0.248 1±0.095. GFR of left kidney disease was (98.76±21.19) mL/min, ERPF (433.45±168.10) mL/min, GFR/ERPF 0.257 7±0.109 3. GFR of right kidney disease was (107.55±23.61) mL/min, ERPF (418.45±121.79) mL/min, GFR/ERPF 0.266 8±0.050. GFR of transplanted kidney was (46.45±28.01) mL/min, ERPF (156.77±67.27) mL/min, GFR/ERPF 0.282 3±0.115 4. Conclusions Dual nuclide renal dynamic imaging can give the data of GFR and ERPF. It provides a good test for kidney function.
