摘 要:对Hydro-X锅炉水质调节剂的特质进行了详细介绍。采用Hydro-X锅炉水质调节剂替代传统的炉内加投磷酸三钠及氢氧化钠进行炉内水处理,在炉水水质和蒸汽品质优于磷酸盐水工况处理工艺的同时,可大幅降低锅炉排污率,降低锅炉受热面结垢速率。通过试验数据进行对比分析印证,认为该水质调节剂具有较大的推广应用价值。The characteristics of Hydro- X boiler water quality regulator were introduced in details. The using of Hydro- X boiler water quality regulator for replacing the traditional water treatment process through feeding trisodium phosphate and sodium hydroxide into the furnace could not only realize higher quality of furnace water quality and steam quality,but also significantly reduce the boiler sewage rate,and the boiler heating surface scaling rate. Through comparison and analysis of the experimental data,it is concluded that the water quality regulator has great value of popularization and application.
