摘  要:随着技术的不断发展与进步,人们对自动测试设备(ATE)的要求越来越高,目前的ATE在智能化、可靠性和可维修性等方面依然存在不足之处,虽然已有众多的学者对ATE进行了改进和完善,但是大多研究者都是只针对其中某一个方面进行改进,还没有形成完整的体系结构以提高ATE的功能和性能。为了提高ATE的智能化、可靠性和可维修性,借鉴自确认传感器理论,并结合维修决策与仪器资源重构方面的理论知识,提出了一种自确认ATE的体系结构,并对自确认ATE关键技术进行了分析。所提出的自确认ATE主要具备的功能是:可以对ATE故障进行诊断;可在线输出动态不确定度来表征测量值的准确度范围;具有预测及健康管理功能,能够估计健康可信度并给出预测结论;对于不同的被测对象,可以通过重构仪器来配置测量通道。与传统的ATE相比,自确认ATE具有更高的可靠性、扩展性和可维修性。With the development and progress of technology,the performance requirements of automatic test equipment grow rapidly.Though many scholars have effort to improve and perfect ATE,automatic test equipment(ATE)still have some deficiencies in intelligence,reliability and maintainability currently.Most of researchers are only effort to improve one of the deficiencies,but none of them have built a complete framework to improve the functionality and performance of ATE.In order to improve the intelligence,reliability and maintainability of ATE,a framework of selfvalidating ATE is given in this paper,which is introduced into self-validating sensor theory and combined with maintenance decision and instrument reconstruction theory,and the key technologys of self-validating ATE are analyzed as well.The main functions of the self-validating ATE are as follows:fault detection and diagnosis;dynamic measurement uncertainty estimation indicating the accurate range of measurements value on-line;prognostics and health management,prognostics and health management;configured measurement channels by instrument reconstruction.Compared with traditional ATE,the self-validating ATE has excellent reliability,expansibility and maintainability.
