摘  要:目的:探讨调神通络针法对缺血再灌注大鼠海马区神经细胞超微结构的影响。方法:以大脑中动脉缺血再灌注大鼠为研究对象,以调神通络针法作为干预手段,运用电镜观察大鼠海马区神经细胞超微结构的变化。结果:神经细胞缺血缺氧后,早期的调神通络针刺干预能够使神经细胞髓鞘病理改变减轻,且保护其不发生断裂现象;而缺血缺氧3h后调神通络针刺干预未能起到很好的效果。结论:神经细胞缺血缺氧后,尽早进行调神通络针刺干预能够减轻海马区神经细胞损伤的程度,值得临床推广。Objective: To investigate the effect of mentality-regulating and collateral-dredging acupuncture on the ultrastructure of hippocampal neural cells in rats with ischemia / reperfusion. Methods: The rats with middle cerebral artery ischemia / reperfusion were used as study subjects,and mentality-regulating and collateral-dredging acupuncture was used for intervention. An electron microscope was used to observe the changes in the ultrastructure of hippocampal neural cells in rats. Results: After the ischemia and hypoxia of neural cells,early intervention with mentality-regulating and collateral-dredging acupuncture alleviated the pathological changes in the myelin sheath of neural cells and protected the myelin sheath against rupture. However,after 3 hours of ischemia and hypoxia,mentality-regulating and collateral-dredging acupuncture did not achieve a good effect. Conclusion: After the ischemia and hypoxia of neural cells,early intervention with mentality-regulating and collateral-dredging acupuncture can reduce the injury of hippocampal neural cells and thus holds promise for clinical application.
