摘　　要：目的:开展民航特色的药学服务,编写《民航飞行人员药物手册》供飞行员或航空医师用药参考。方法:计算机检索PubMed,CNKI,WanFang Data,检索时限均从建库至2014年12月,进行文献研究内容分析,调查飞行人员用药现状及药物安全性评价,并参考民航飞行员体检鉴定标准和指南,确定药物品种,进行《民航飞行人员药物手册》的编写。结果:总结了常见的23类症状性用药和6类慢病用药,共涉及132种药物,按照体例编写手册,内容浅显重点突出,对飞行员用药进行安全提示或治疗可能产生的不良反应或损害进行提示。结论:该手册为飞行人员及航医临床用药安全提供了参考资料,既实用又方便,降低工作危机及用药风险,减少用药不良事件,保障民航飞行安全。Objective： To carry out pharmaceutical care with characteristics of civil aviation and make the Civil Aviation Medicine Manual for pilots and aviation doctors. Methods： Pub Med,CNKI and Wan Fang Data were searched through to December 2014 for observational studies on medicine safety for pilots. Study characteristics and outcomes were extracted and analyzed. Medical identification standard and guide were referenced. At last, we determined the drug variety and make the manual. Results： We summarized 132 common use medicine about 23 symptoms and 6 chronic disease. Especially we make the key point stand out on medicine safety for pilots.Conclusion： The manual provide the reference to pilots and aviation doctors on clinical medicine safety, It not only reduce the job crisis and medication risks, but also reduce the adverse drug events and ensure the civil aviation flight safety.
