临床药师对血栓通注射液的用药监测

摘　　要：目的对住院用注射用血栓通患者用药安全性监测,提高临床用药合理性。方法 2015年9月—2016年6月对住院患者应用注射用血栓通进行用药合理性及安全性监测,对不合理用药现象进行干预。结果监测500例患者,发现超疗程用药42例,联合用药不合理12例,适应证不适宜6例,出现用药禁忌证1例,出现1例药品不良反应。结论临床药师在注射用血栓通临床用药安全指导方面给医生提供有效帮助。长春中医药大学附属医院注射用血栓通临床用药比较规范合理。Objective To improve the rationality of clinical appli cation, we monitored the safety of Xueshuantong injection in our hospital. Methods From September 2015 to June 2016, we monitored the safety of patients with Xueshuantong injection in our hospi-tal, and took drug use intervene for the irrational drug use. Results By monitoring 500 patients, we found that 42 cases were beyond standard course of treatments, 12 cases had irrational combination drug therapy, 6 cases were not symptomatic, 1 case had contraindi-cation in drug-using, and 1 case had side effect. Conclusion The clinical pharmacist can provide essential advices on clinical safety medication of Xueshuantong injection to doctors. The drug use of Xueshuantong injection in our hospital is normative and rational.
