八味锡类散灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎作用机制研究

摘　　要：目的探索八味锡类散灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取100例溃疡性结肠炎患者,收治时间均集中在2013年10月—2015年10月,并对此次研究患者进行动态随机化分为2组,每组50例患者,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用八味锡类散灌肠治疗。结果观察组和对照组两组患者,对比排便次数、腹泻率、不良事件发生率、溃疡黏膜严重程度均存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论八味锡类散灌肠在溃疡性结肠炎患者中效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bawei Xilei powder enema on ulcerative colitis. Methods 100 cases of ulcer colitis patients were selected in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015. Patients enrolled in this study were dynamic ran-domly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine treatment.The observation group was treated with Bawei Xilei powder enema. Results The differences on frequency of defecation, diarrhea rate,incidence of adverse events and the severity of ulcer mucosa between the observation group and the control group were different（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Bawei Xilei powder enema on ulcerative colitis has significantly therapeutic effect.
