摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症是临床上的常见病、多发病。现代医学治疗本病,手术疗法为主,手术风险高,且费用昂贵,治疗效果并不理想。笔者运用杨氏3A+疗法中的"突五针"埋线针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症取得了良好的疗效,操作简便,费用低廉,本文主要介绍具体定点和操作方法。The prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is a kind of common and frequently-ocurring diseases in modem life. There are many therapies for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, such as surgical therapy, drag therapy, and so on. Surgery is risky and expensive, and the therapeutic effect is not ideal. And the side effects are obvious. The authors used ＂ Tuwuzhen＂ therapy from ＂ Yang＇s 3A＋＂ therapy, which is using acupoint catgut-embedding and acupotomy to treat the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. This paper mainly introduced the specific point, operation methods and skills.
