中医情志护理对中风偏瘫伴原发性高血压患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医情志护理对中风偏瘫伴高血压病患者的影响。方法将108例中风偏瘫伴高血压病患者随机分成观察组53例和对照组55例,两组患者均给予药物治疗、康复理疗及常规护理,对观察组在此基础上加予中医情志护理。疗程为4周,观察两组患者血压波动情况,并评定中风疗效。结果观察组治疗期间的血压波动较小,显著优于对照组(P<0.01);且观察组的中风疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对中风偏瘫伴高血压病患者实行中医情志护理,可以更好地减少血压波动,提高中风治疗效果,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of TCM mental nursing on apoplectic hemiplegia with hypertension patient. Methods108 cases of apoplectic hemiplegia with hypertension patients were randomly divided into observation group of 53 cases and control group of 55 cases. Patients in both groups were given drug treatment, rehabilitation therapy and routine care, while those in the ob-servation group were given TCM mental nursing in addition. The two groups were given to the experimental observation for four weeks. The fluctuation of blood pressure in the two groups was observed, and the curative effect of apoplexy was evaluated. Results The blood pressure fluctuation in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group（ P〈0.01）. And the curative effect of apoplexy in the observation group was better than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The TCM mental nursing can significantly reduce the blood pressure fluctuation in apoplectic hemiplegia with hypertension patient, and improve the curative effect of apoplexy.
