摘　　要：近年来,颈椎病的患病率不断上升,并且已呈现出明显的年轻化趋势。临床的相关治疗方法繁多,但传统康复疗法治疗颈椎病显示出了极大的优越性。本文就手法治疗、针刺疗法、艾灸疗法、传统运动疗法、中医药物治疗五个方面进行阐述。In recent years, the prevalence of cervical spondy-losisis is rising, and with the age of onset of early cervical spondylosis has shown a clear trend towards younger. Traditional rehabilitation therapy is an important means of treatment of cervical spondylosis.This review elaborated on five areas, including manual therapy, acupuncture therapy, moxibustion therapy, traditional physical therapy and traditional Chinese medicine therapy. This article elaborated on manual therapy, acupuncture, moxibustion therapy, traditional physical therapy, Chinese medicine drug therapy in five aspects.
