摘  要:保安队伍是保证医院正常运行、保护医护人员及就医患者、家属人身财产安全的重要力量。《关于加强医院安全防范系统建设指导意见》的出台,更加突出了保安在医院安保防范、防止恶性"医闹"中的地位和作用,引起了医疗机构和社会的广泛关注。强化医院保安的服务意识和服务质量,要把好保安的入口并加强保安的培训,提高保安的"有为"意识;要建立健全保安监管的长效机制,加强专业管理,列入年度绩效考评,完善奖惩激励机制,调动保安的工作积极性;要搞好保安的服务保障,完善基础生活、文化娱乐设施,为保安营造拴心留人的工作环境。Security forces are to ensure the normal operation of the protection of health care workers and personal and property safety for medical treatment of patients with significant force. The introduction of " strengthening security hospital system construction guidance" highlighted the security in the hospital security guard, the status and role of preventing malignant medical disturbance,caused widespread concern in the medical institutions and the society. For strengthening the sense of service and quality of hospital security service, security and good entrance should strengthen the training of security and improve the security of " promising" con-sciousness to establish and improve the security of long-term supervision mechanism, strengthen professional management, included in the annual performance evaluation, improve reward and punishment mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of security work, to im-prove security services to protect, improve the basic living, cultural and recreational facilities, to create a security hold people 's hearts in the work environment.
