健脾消痞汤合平胃散治疗功能性消化不良58例

摘　　要：目的探讨功能性消化不良采用健脾消痞汤联合平胃散加味治疗的临床效果。方法在2015年2月—2016年2月本院收治的功能性消化不良患者中随机抽取116例,所有患者均经临床检查,确诊为功能性消化不良,并知情同意。将116例患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组(健脾消痞汤+平胃散加味)与对照组(常规西医治疗)。对比2组治疗效果。结果实验组、对照组患者总有效率分别为96.6%(56/58)、72.4%(42/58),结果有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者症状积分对比,结果无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组症状积分改善情况明显优于对照组,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在功能性消化不良患者的临床治疗过程中,采用健脾消痞汤联合平胃散加味治疗,能获得较好的临床效果,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpi Xiaopi decoction and Pingwei powder in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods From February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital, 116 cases of functional dyspepsia patients were random-ly selected. All patients were clinically examined, diagnosed as functional dyspepsia, and informed consent. According to the random number table method, 116 patients were divided into experimental group（ Jianpi Xiaopi decoction and modified Pingwei powder）and control group（routine treatment）. The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 96.6%（56 / 58） and 72.4%（42）, respectively. As a result, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, symptom integral of the two groups was compared, and the results showed no signifi-cant difference（ P〉0.05）. After treatment, symptom improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. As a result, there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions of the two groups had significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the process of the clinical treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia, Jianpi Xiaopi decoction and Pingwei powder can obtain better clinical effect, and is worthy of popularization and application.
