天和骨通贴膏治疗急性腰扭伤50例

摘　　要：目的探讨天和骨通贴膏治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机对照原则分组,其中治疗组50例,采用天和骨通贴膏治疗;对照组50例,采用双氯芬酸钠乙二胺乳胶剂治疗。7天后观察比较2组患者的疗效。结果治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组和对照组相比无不良反应。结论天和骨通贴膏是治疗急性腰扭伤的一种安全有效的药物。Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safety of Tianhe Gutong plaster in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Methods The patients were equally randomized into experimental group and control group. The experimental group of 50 cases used Tianhe Gutong plaster. The control group of 50 cases used the Diclofenac sodium ethylenediamine emulsion agent. Each group was observed for 7 days. Results The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was more effective than that of the control group（ P〈0.01）, and both of two groups had no adverse effect. Conclusion Tianhe Gutong plaster is a kind of effective and safe drug that cures acute lumbar sprain.
