升清降浊针法非手术治疗中重度急性胰腺炎49例

摘　　要：目的观察升清降浊针法对中重度急性胰腺炎非手术治疗中胃肠功能衰竭的控制情况。方法将诊断为中重度急性胰腺炎的患者97例,随机分配为治疗组49例和对照组48例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗加针刺治疗,病例治疗完成后,对患者的首次排便、排气时间,血清淀粉酶恢复正常时间,腹痛、腹胀缓解时间,平均住院天数,并发胃肠功能衰竭率,有效率进行统计分析。结果治疗组以上各项指标与对照组相比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;治疗组有效率91.83%,对照组有效率75.00%。结论升清降浊针法辅助治疗急性胰腺炎可明显改善其临床症状,缩短住院日,降低死亡率,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the ascending the clear and descending the turbid method on gastrointestinal function failure caused by moderate and severe acute pancreatitis without surgery. Methods 97 cases of moderate and severe acute pancreatitis were randomly assigned to two groups（treatment group of 49 cases and control group of 48 cases）. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. The treatment group was treated with conventional therapy and acupuncture therapy. After completion of treatment, clinical parameters including patient＇s first defecation, period of exhaust, time when serum amylase return to normal, time when abdominal pain and distension remission, mean hospitalization days, concurrent gastrointestinal failure rate, thera-peutic effect were statistically analyzed. Results The clinical parameters of the treatment group was compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group and the control group was91.83% and 75.00%, respectively. Conclusion The ascending the clear and descending the turbid method as an adjuvant treatment of acute pancreatitis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the hospital day, reduce mortality, and is worthy of clin-ical promotion.
