体针联合益气活血通络汤对脑卒中恢复期患者肢体功能与运动障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨体针联合益气活血通络汤对脑卒中恢复期患者肢体功能与运动障碍的影响。方法选择缺血性中风恢复期患者94例,随机分为2组,对照组给予常规康复训练治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予针刺联合自拟益气活血汤治疗,比较2组患者治疗后肢体及运动功能及临床疗效。结果对照组患者临床有效率72.34%低于研究组临床有效率89.36%(P<0.05);研究组治疗后FMA、MBI、SS-QOL评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合自拟益气活血通络汤能提高中风恢复期患者肢体及运动功能,疗效确切。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction on body function and movement disorders of stroke patients in recovery period. Methods 94 cases of ischemic stroke patients in recovery period were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment. The study group received acupunc-ture combined with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group. Physical and motor function and clinical effect were compared after treatment. Results The clinical effective rate of the control group 72.34% which was lower than 89.36% of the study group（ P〈0.05）. FMA, MBI and SS-QOL score of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction can improve the recovery of limb movement, and has definitely curative effect.
