腕踝针疗法在中医护理中的应用

摘　　要：笔者以腕踝针为例介绍了该疗法的定义、优点、特点、作用机制、治疗步骤及在中医护理中的应用情况,通过笔者在不同患者身上的应用发现,腕踝针是一种应用范围广泛、安全方便、简明易学的针刺疗法,该疗法可靠、实用,有效率能够达到70%以上,非常值得在中医护理工作中全面推广。Taking wrist-ankle acupuncture as an example, authors introduced the definition of the therapy, advantages, features,mechanism of action, treatment procedures and application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Through different applications,authors found that wrist-ankle acupuncture is an acupuncture therapy which has wide range of applications, is convenient and safe,and is simple to learn. The therapy is reliable and practical, and the effective rate can reach above 70 %, and is worth comprehensive promotion in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing work.
