摘  要:目的:了解320排容积CT(computed tomograhphy)在阻塞性呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的上气道阻塞部位定位诊断研究中的应用价值。方法:15例患者在自然睡眠状态下出现呼吸暂停低通气时,320排容积CT连续扫描上气道,软件重建动态四维解剖影像并分析上气道阻塞部位。结果:320排容积CT能够实时、直观地定位患者的上气道阻塞部位,15例患者中86.7%为多部位阻塞。结论:320排容积CT可以准确地定位患者发生睡眠呼吸暂停低通气时上气道及阻塞部位的动态四维解剖影像。Objective:To understand the value of 320 detectorvolume CT(tomography computed) in the diagnosis of upper airway obstruction in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:Fifteen patients diagnosed with OSAHS were scanned by 320-detector-row volume CT while apnea or hypopnea was detected by polysomnography(PSG) under natural sleep.The dynamic four-dimensional anatomical images were reconstructed and the upper airway obstruction was analyzed.Results:320-detector-row volume CT had precisely and visibly reproduced obstructive course and sites of the whole upper airway by four-dimensional and dynamic image reconstruction using computer software when the apnea or hypopnea occurred.Multiple obstructive sites were detected in 86.7%of 15 patients with OSAHS.Conclusions:320-detector-row volume CT can accurately locate the upper airway and the obstructive site of the upper airway and the obstructive site in the patients with OSAHS.
