摘  要:通过相转化法制备钛酸锂钾-聚偏氟乙烯(KTLO-PVDF)多孔膜,再经过水热合成法将KTLO-PVDF多孔膜原位转化成TiO_2-PVDF多孔膜并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,经水热处理后,成功地将KTLO-PVDF多孔膜原位转化成TiO_2-PVDF多孔膜。与原始膜相比PVDF的结晶形态发生变化,结晶度升高,水通量增加,亲水性能增强。通过相转化法和水热法相结合的方法原位合成的TiO_2-PVDF多孔膜,在一定程度上改善了传统方法直接将无机粒子与PVDF膜共混过程中无机粒子分布不均匀的缺点,使膜的亲水性和过滤性能有所改善。This article prepared KTLO-PVDF porous membrane by phase inversion, then transformed KTLO-PVDF porous membrane into TiO_2-PVDF porous membrane in situ through hydrothermal synthesis method, and its performance was studied at the same time.Result showed that the KTLO- PVDF porous membrane was successfully transformed into TiO_2/PVDF membrane in situ after hydrothermal treatment. The crystalline morphology of PVDF was changed, the crystallinity, the water flux and the hydrophilic property were increased compared to the original membrane. The TiO_2-PVDF porous membrane prepared by situ synthesis combining of phase inversion method and hydrothermal method, to a certain extent, improved the disadvantages that the uneven distribution of inorganic particles by traditional method which blended inorganic particles and PVDF membrane directly, so that the hydrophilicity of the membrane and the filtration performance were improved.
