摘 要:以硝硫混酸硝化产生的含硫酸母液为研究对象,测定母液中硫酸含量,加入等物质量的硝酸钾进行反应,并通过对反应液精馏的方法重新获得符合要求的硝酸,副产的硫酸氢钾经简单的重结晶处理,可达到工业级。精馏回流质量比5:1、重结晶母液套用3次为宜。可实现混酸硝化母液的有效回收套用,整个处理过程基本不产生废弃物排放。Taking mother solution containing sulfuric acid produced by nitration of nitric-sulfuric mixed acid as research object, the sulfuric acid concentration in mother solution was determined and based on this, equivalent of potassium nitrate was added to react. The solution was then rectified to obtain desired nitric acid. The by- product potassium bisulfate was recycled via recrystalization at industrial grade. Mass reflux ratio of distillation was 5:1, appropriate time of recycling and reusing of mother solution after recrystallization was 3. As a result, can realize recycling and reusing of mother solution produced by nitration of nitric-sulfuric mixed acid effectively, and the whole treating process does not produce waste emissions basically.
