摘 要:研究目的:渝利铁路新桥特大桥首次采用人型桥墩,其设计尚无类似工程案例可资借鉴。针对人型墩复杂的静动力特性,利用有限元软件Ansys、Midas进行建模,分析人型墩支腿受力规律,比较研究三种墩型(直坡墩、变坡墩、人型墩)在不同墩高条件下的经济指标,揭示人型高墩的设计规律,从而有效指导大桥的结构设计。研究结论:(1)人型桥墩纵向受力行为与传统墩型类似,但横向受力更为复杂;(2)人型墩支腿属于典型的双向受弯构件,现有的铁路规范检算方法已不再适应,应按照斜弯曲理论推导容许应力公式;(3)支腿底部构造是结构设计控制因素,对人型墩经济指标有重要影响;(4)人型墩应用于墩高超百米的铁路梁桥时,横向刚度优势明显,墩身混凝土圬工量较传统墩型显著较少,具有明显的经济价值,可在铁路超高墩梁桥中推广应用。Research purposes: An innovative application as herringbone high piers is on Chongqing - Liehuan railway Xinqiao bridge, there is no existed engineering ease that could be referred to. This paper, by analysis of finite element software model built on the Ansys and Midas platform, goes deeply into the complicated mechanics of herringbone high piers. Additionally, the economical indexes of three types of piers with different height are compared comprehensively, the design principle of herringbone high piers is revealed to help greatly to the Xinqiao bridge design. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) The herringbone high pier has a similar longitudinal stress but a more complicated transverse stress to traditional piers. (2) The strength calculating method of herringbone high piers should be derived based on unsymmetrical bending theory for the inapplicabihty of the existed railway codes. (3) The bottom sections of legs are the most important parts for the design of herringbone high piers which could influence greatly on the economical index. (4) The herringbone high piers have lower quantities of concrete and a more economical investment while being applied on the railway beam bridges with piers higher than 100 m compared with traditional type pier. So the spread application of herringbone high piers is significant for the development of railway beam bridges.
