摘　　要：目的:探讨耳穴埋豆联合腹部按摩对糖尿病便秘的治疗效果。方法:选择我院糖尿病便秘患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。2组均予以常规护理,治疗组加用耳穴埋豆联合腹部按摩治疗,比较2组总体疗效评价、平均每周排便次数和排便通畅度评分。结果:治疗组患者的总体疗效评价、平均每周排便次数和排便通畅度评分显著高于对照组,组间差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆联合腹部按摩治疗糖尿病便秘疗效好,值得推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of Seed-embedding at Otopoints Combined With Abdominal Massage to treatment diabetes pa tients with constipation. Methods To select Our hospital 70 diabetes patients with constipation,randomly divided into the treatment group and control group respectively 35 cases.The two groups were given routine nursing care. In the treatment group,the 35 cases were given the ther apy of seed-embedding at otopoints combined with abdominal massage. Compare two groups overall curati v e effect evaluation,the average weekly number of defecation and the defecate unobstructed rating. Results The overall curative effect evaluation,the average weekly number of defecation and the defecate unobstructed rating of The treatment group is significantly higher than the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Seed-embedding at Otopoints Combined With Abdominal Massage is effective for diabetes patients with constipation and is worthy to be popularized.
