摘  要:目的:探讨婴幼儿喘息性疾病诊疗中呼出气一氧化碳浓度检测的意义。方法:选取纳入标准的患儿31例为观察组,并选取同时期健康婴幼儿31例为对照组,对此62例患儿均行呼出气一氧化氮浓度与肺功能检测,将FeNO、s Ig E、EOS、FEV1%水平加以对比。结果:观察组患儿其Fe NO、EOS、FEV1%及s Ig E水平同对照组患儿相比均存在显著差异(t=46.644,22.413,14.895,161.61,P<0.05)。结论:对哮喘患儿其Fe NO、s Ig E、EOS、FEV1%水平加以检测可用于普通感染与过敏性炎症间的鉴别,进而为哮喘病情的评估、治疗方案的调整提供科学参考依据。Objective To probe into the significance of exhaled nitric oxide concentration detection in the diagnosis and treatment of infants and young children with asthmatic diseases. Method 31 cases of children who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the observation group, and 31 cases of healthy infants and young children were selected in the same period. Then ,62 cases of patients were underwent theexhaled nitric oxide concentration and pulmonary function detection, and the FeNO, slgE, EOS, FEV1% ,levels of 62 cases of children were compared. Results In this study, compared with the control group, the levels of Fe- NO, EOS, FEV1% and slgE in the observation group were significantly different ( t = 46. 644,22.413,14. 895,161.61, P 〈 0.05 ) .Conclusion The detection of FeNO, slgE, EOS, and FEV1% levels in children with asthma can be used for the identification of common infections and allergic inflammation, therefore to provide a scientific reference for the adjustment of the treatment plan for the assessment of the condition of asthma.
