摘　　要：结合陕西煤化能源有限公司甲醇装置的运行实际,从控制外送脱盐水指标、除氧器温度、锅炉给水温度,连续添加氨水、联氨和磷酸三钠等6个方面,阐述改善高压锅炉和中压锅炉水质所采取的一系列调控措施,以保证甲醇装置长周期、满负荷、安全、平稳运行。Upon applicable operation of menthol equipment at Shaanxi Coal Chemical Energy Co.,Ltd,as well six index(such as desalt under control,de-oxidization temperature,boiler water supply temperature,consistent add-up of ammonia water,link ammonia and phosphor acid sodium,and explains a series of regulation measure taken about high-pressure boiler and middle-pressure boiler water quality,thus ensure menthol equipment permanently runs in the forms of safely and stability under full load.
