摘　　要：目的了解纺织企业噪声对作业工人健康的影响,为企业开展噪声危害控制提供依据。方法按照GBZ 188-2014《职业健康监护技术规范》的要求,对高密市某纺织厂的400名纺织作业工人进行健康检查,检查数据录入Excel数据库,用SPSS 17.0软件进行分析。结果不同工龄组听力损失的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随工龄的延长而呈上升趋势;不同年龄组听力损失的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);使用防护用品听力损失的发生率以及严重程度明显低于未使用防护用品者(P<0.05);男、女间听力损失的发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论听力损失的发生率以及严重程度与工龄有关,使用耳塞等防护用品有助于降低职业危害。该企业应改善工作条件,加强工人的个人防护和职业卫生教育,保障工人的身体健康。[Objective]To understand the influence of noise on health status among workers in a textile factory,provide basis for enterprises carrying out noise hazard control.[Methods]According to the requirement of GBZ 188-2014 Occupational Health Monitoring Technical Specification,400 textile workers in a textile factory in Gaomi were examined,and the data were recorded in Excel database and analyzed by SPSS 17.0.[Results]The difference of heating loss incidence in different length of service groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the incidence increasing with the extension of length of service. The difference of heating loss incidence in different age groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence and severity of heating loss in workers using protective equipment was significantly lower than that in workers without using protective equipment（P〈0.05）. The difference of heating loss incidence in males and females was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）[Conclusion]The incidence and severity of heating loss is connected with the length of service,using earplug and other protective equipment helps to reduce the occupational hazard. The enterprise should improve the work environment,strengthen workers＇ personal protection and occupational health education to protect the health of workers.
