摘  要:目的探讨高、低两种浓度的试剂盒测定尿中碘含量的方法和技术。方法样品按照试剂盒法测定尿中碘含量,分析实验过程中的影响因素。结果该方法的标准曲线范围碘质量浓度为0~300μg/L和300~1 200μg/L,相关系数|r|均〉0.999 0。5种浓度的国家标准参考物质测定结果均在其不确定度范围内。4种不同浓度的尿样重复性测定的相对标准偏差分别为1.3%、1.5%、2.1%、4.7%。结论应用试剂盒法测定尿中碘的含量,该方法操作简单,标准曲线线性关系良好,精密度和准确度较高,是测定尿碘的可靠方法。[Objective]To discuss the method and technology of determination of iodine in urine by kit method in low and high concentration respectively. [Methods]The iodine content in urine samples was determined by kit method,and the influencing factors in the experiment were analyzed. [Results] The standard curve ranges of iodine concentration were 0-300 μg/L and300-1 200 μg/L respectively,and the correlation coefficients were higher than 0.999 0. The results of national standard reference materials in five concentrations were all in the range of their uncertainties. The relative standard deviation of repeatability determination for urine samples in four concentrations was 1.3%,1.5%,2.1% and 4.7%,respectively.[Conclusion]The kit method is simple and has a good linear correlation in standard curve,with good precision and accuracy,which is reliable method for determination of urine iodine.
