醒脑静注射液急诊救治糖尿病高渗性非酮症性昏迷的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨醒脑静注射液急诊救治糖尿病高渗性非酮症性昏迷的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的糖尿病高渗性非酮症性昏迷患者65例进行统计分析,利用随机数表法将所有对象分为对照组32例和观察组33例,对照组患者予以常规急诊救治,观察组患者在此基础上采用醒脑静注射液急诊救治,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率71.9%(23/32),观察组总有效率90.9%(30/33),观察组总有效率高于对照组(χ2=7.834,P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液急诊救治糖尿病高渗性非酮症性昏迷的临床效果突出。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xingnaojing Injection in emergency treatment of diabetic hyperosmolar nonketotic coma. Methods Patients with diabetic hyperosmolar nonketotic coma in 65 cases were selected. Using a random number table method,all subjects were divided into control group of 32 cases and 33 cases in the observation group,the control group was treated with routine emergency treatment. The patients in the observation group were treated with Xingnaojing Injection on the basis of emergency treatment,the therapeutic effect of two groups was observed. Results The total efficiency of the control group was 71.9%（23/32）,the total efficiency of the observation group was 90.9%（30/33）,the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（χ2 =7.834,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection of emergency treatment of diabetic hyperosmolar nonketotic coma is prominent.
