规范化护理运用在胰腺手术围术期护理中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析胰腺手术患者围术期运用规范化护理的临床效果及其价值。方法选取我院2014年2月~2016年5月收治的80例胰腺手术患者作为研究对象,按随机数字法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例。实验组采用规范化护理,对照组采用常规围术期护理,比较两组患者的护理依从性、并发症发生率。结果实验组护理依从性为97.5%,并发症发生率为7.5%,均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论规范化护理可提升胰腺手术患者护理依从性,降低其并发症发生率,临床应用价值极高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect and value of standardized nursing in perioperative period of patients with pancreatic surgery. Methods From February 2014 to May 2016,80 cases of patients with pancreatic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research object and were divided into experimental group and control group by random number method,40 cases in each group. Standardized nursing care was used in the experimental group,the control group was treated with routine perioperative nursing. Comparison of two groups of patients with nursing compliance,complications. Results The compliance of the experimental group was 97.5%,the complication rate was 7.5%,which were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Standardized nursing can improve the compliance of patients with pancreatic surgery,to reduce the incidence of complications,high clinical application value.
