产科弥漫性血管内凝血临床护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨产科弥漫性血管内凝血临床护理效果。方法选取我院产科2014年5月~2016年5月收治的26例弥漫性血管内凝血的孕产妇患者进行产科弥漫性血管内凝血临床护理干预,比较所有患者在护理前后相关辅助检查指标及护理满意度等。结果临床护理后,患者血小板、纤维蛋白血酶原时间水平与护理前对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;护理总满意度100.00%。结论产科弥漫性血管内凝血临床护理效果显著,具有积极的意义。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of obstetric disseminated intravascular coagulation. Methods From May 2014 to May 2016,26 cases of disseminated intravascular coagulation at department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital were selected to carry out the clinical nursingintervention of obstetric disseminated intravascular coagulation,comparison of all patients before and after nursing related indicators and nursing satisfaction. Results After clinical nursing,platelet and fibrin blood levels of prothrombin time and nursing before contrast,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Total nursing satisfaction was 100.00%. Conclusion The clinical nursing effect of obstetric disseminated intravascular coagulation is significant,which have a positive meaning.
