摘　　要：围绕提升农业综合生产、培育战略性新兴产业的紧迫需求,突破柠条智能高效采收、加工利用领域存在的技术瓶颈,开发一套高效可靠、适应柠条饲料化加工利用的新型装备系统,使柠条切断、揉搓、粉碎和制粒实现全程机械化,达到促进畜牧业发展、缓解粮食安全、实现"三农"发展的目的。For the pressing need of promoting agricultural comprehensive production and cultivating the strategic new industries, overcome technical difficulties during the intelligent and efficient harvesting, processing and utilization of Korshinsk Peashrub. Develop a high efficient reliable new equipment system which can adapt to caragana feeding utilization and make the process of caragana cutting, rub, grinding and granulating achieve full mechanization, and achieve the purpose of promoting the development of animal husbandry, easing food security and achieving development of agriculture, farmer and rural area.
