摘 要:基于矿井提升机构安全运行的重要性,以新城某矿为研究背景,建立混合井提升关键机构的安全动态监测及预警系统。采用数值模拟方法建立提升机基础有限元模型,并进行模态分析,得出提升机基础的各阶振型频率。对分级加载过程进行时程分析,把最大振动位移达到危险值时的振动加速度作为提升机基础的安全动态监测指标。建立井架有限元模型,分别研究空载静止状态和正常使用极限状态下井架的受力与变形,从而得到井架破坏的临界预警值,以此建立预警系统。结果表明,以临界预警值作为安全性量化指标建立的预警系统能用来对提升机运行过程中产生的故障进行预警,并确定故障所在位置。In view of the great importance of safe operation of hoists to mines, the paper was aimed at developing a secure-dynamic monitoring and warning system for the key components of hoists which are similar to the hoist in a certain mine in Xincheng. A finite element model was built for the hoist foundation by means of numerical simulation, and modal analysis was conducted to obtain the vibration frequencies. By analyzing the time history of hierarchical load, when the maximum vibration displacement arrived at dangerous value, the acceleration was selected as the secure-dynamic monitoring object. A finie element model was built for the hoist derrick, in order to study its stress and deformation under the conditions of no-load static state and of serviceability limit. Then an early warning system was established on the basis of critical warning value. The results show that, considering the critical warning value as security quantitative indicators, the early waming system facilitates safe operation of hoists ,and can further confirm fault locations.
