摘　　要：介绍了LD10铸锭的特性及合金元素作用，并结合现场经验，制定了420mm×1320mm／1620mm大规格LD10合金的熔铸工艺。结合铸锭试片全分析，确定出LD10合金420mm×1320mm／1620mm规格合金铸锭铸造工艺参数为：T=705-725℃，V=45-55mm／min，冷却水压力0．03-0．07MPa。Abstract： This chapter mainly introduces the properties and the function of each element of LD10 aluminum alloy,and combining with the actual situations,we arguable the casting of LD 10 flat ingot alloys with 420 × 1320/1620mm specfications. And the throung the ingot specimen analysis,comfirming the casting technology parameters of the LD10 flat ingot alloys with 420 × 1320/1620mm specfications：temperature is 705 to 725 degrees centigrade;speeding is 45 to 55 mm/min,cooling water pressure is 0.03 to 0.07 MPa.
